Supported by more than 50 years of practiced excellence in business management, Fred J. Coccagna Jr. has served as the president of Industrial Floor Corporation in Jenkintown, Pennsylvania, since 1981. Founded by his father in 1932, the company conducts significant work with the government and military and has completed sizeable jobs in the field. A pioneer in Epoxy Technology designs, the corporation produces and installs abrasion and chemical resistant flooring systems for use in floor reconstruction and resurfacing installations. Their products and installations have been accepted by the USDA, FDA, OSHA and other federal, local and private regulatory agencies. Grateful to be respected by his customers, Mr. Coccagna always desired to head a large company and enjoys the business and his loyal customers. In the current day, his son Fred has taken over the majority of the business.

Prior to serving Industrial Floor Corporation, Mr. Coccagna was the vice president of Indcon-Industrial Corporation from 1969 to 1981. He also served Industrial Floor Corporation at the inception of his career in 1967 as general manager, holding the position for two years. A consultant in the field, he draws upon a Bachelor of Science in management from Philadelphia University.

Looking toward the future, Mr. Coccagna intends to continue working for his business. He is immensely proud of his son who manages the business, as well as his daughter Michelle, an attorney, who occasionally helps. Married to his wife Adrienne for many years, Mr. Coccagna is proud of Adrienne’s contribution to IFC as vice president in charge of military contracts and certain industrial accounts. Her contribution to the company is of great value. Mr. Coccagna also has three grandchildren: Luca, Leo and Gia. He was born in Philadelphia and currently resides in Cheltenham, Pennsylvania. In his spare time, he enjoys traveling, interior design, collecting cars and studying historical data. Impressively, Marquis Who’s Who named Mr. Coccagna an Industry Leader in 2019 for his contributions to business management.
